1. Does my subscription plan include shipping?
No, the price of shipping is not included in each plan.
2. When am I charged each month/year?
For monthly members, your Club Kandee subscription will be charged each month on the date you created your subscription. For yearly members, your Club Kandee subscription will be charged each year on the date you created your subscription.
3. Can I return the item if it doesn't fit?
We want you to love your item. If it doesn't fit, simply return it and we will send you a new item in your requested size. Conditions apply visit our Return Policy for more info
4. Is there a commitment length for Club Kandee?
There is no commitment length for monthly Club Kandee members. Monthly members can cancel at any time. Once membership is canceled, all Club Kandee benefits will be terminated. Once the next billing cycle occurs, all benefits will cease. Your initial payment for 12 month ($99.95) subscriptions cannot be cancelled or partially refunded. 12 month subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless canceled before the terms have ended.
5. Is Club Kandee available for customers outside Canada?
Club Kandee is available to anyone who loves lingerie.
6. Can I use my coupon code or link with Club Kandee?
Club Kandee is a monthly subscription service does not include the monthly 30% off offer. Annual members however, are given a monthly 30% off code and 50% off birthday code.
7. How does the 50% off for my birthday work?
Happy birthday! We will send you an email with a code that you can use for your birthday to get 50% off the highest priced item in your shopping bag.
